SKATING FIELD TRIP. . . We would like to invite you and all of your children to the Cavalier for some awesome affordable fun. Rollerskating is an important learning tool for children. It helps improve motor skills, body awareness, listening skills, and spatial differences. The Cavalier has great music geared especially for children and we play the games the kids LOVE!!!
FITNESS NOW, FITNESS LATER. . . Healthy tomorrows begin today. Not only is rollerskating a lifetime aerobic activity endorsed by the President's Council on Physical Fitness, it involves almost all of your body's muscles, especially your heart. Rollerskating is a rhythmic exercise that makes the heart work hard.
A SPORT FOR EVERYONE. . . Children and skating go perfectly together. They can do it alone or with friends. Skating is for everyone, even those with limited athletic ability.
